When she was two, Fiona regularly said "Talk about it more!" to express her desire to know more about whatever we were discussing.

In a hurry

I work tomorrow morning, babysit tomorrow afternoon, book club tomorrow night, and some friends from the East coast will be here this weekend. Our house looks like it always does, and I can't seem to get ahead. It'll all work out, of course. It always does. But does this cartoon resonate with anyone else, by any chance?

Yep, you bet I relate. Thanks again for babysitting the boy tomorrow afternoon.

As soon as you see light at the end of the tunnel, there is another tunnel. Yep, the work never ends: laundry, dishes, diapers, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping. Bought some flowers to plant in the yard, was too tired to transplant them right away, and half of them died in the pots. Yeah, TIRED is the norm for moms...

Hate to say this... but it doesn't get easier as the kid(s) get older! (But I wouldn't trade it for anything!)
