Fiona and Nora are really high on my list of favorite small people in the universe; I think car carts are the scourge of mankind. I'm conflicted by this post.
It totally takes a kid to appreciate a car cart. I don't know many (any?)grownups who are thrilled by them. I think anyone who is should try handling one that's laden with food for 40 minutes or so.
